1. No artwork commissioned or purchased from me may be used for the purpose of training any type of AI model. None of said artwork can be altered or edited by AI.2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no artwork commissioned or purchased from me may be used for commercial purposes.3. Neither the purchaser nor any recipients may claim that any art made by myself is art the purchaser(s) or recipient(s) created.4. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.5. Unless otherwise stated, the standard commission turnaround time is 3 weeks. Commissions can be expedited for an additional charge.6. The full price of the commission must be paid upfront before any artwork will be made.7. Any commissions that cannot be completed for any reason will receive a full refund.8.
