Terms of Use and Sale
1. No artwork commissioned or purchased from me may be used for the purpose of training any type of AI model. None of said artwork can be altered or edited by AI.2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no artwork commissioned or purchased from the artist may be used for commercial purposes.3. Neither the purchaser nor any recipients may claim that any art made by myself is art the purchaser(s) or recipient(s) created.4. The artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.5. Unless otherwise stated, the standard commission turnaround time is 3 weeks. Commissions can be expedited for an additional charge.6. The full price of the commission must be paid upfront before any artwork will be made.7. Any commissions that cannot be completed for any reason will receive a full refund.8. Unless otherwise agreed upon, any artwork created may be displayed in the artist's portfolio.9. Note that prices listed are a general guideline. Especially simple or particularly complex art requests may be priced differently.10. There is no limit to the amount of revisions that may be made to the piece. However, once approval has been given on the sketch layer, major changes cannot be made on the composition of the design.11. Payment is preferred through PayPal or Ko-Fi. Other secure forms of payment may be considered. Digital checks will not be accepted.12. Alternate versions of the same art (such as two versions with different helmet types) will incur additional charges.13. Once the final versions of the files have been sent, no additional changes will be made to the art.
